Exam Booking

After enrolling in a course, you can proceed to book your exam by selecting the Exam Booking option. Here’s how to complete your booking:

Select Exam Date

To book your exam, follow these steps:

  • Choose Date: You will see three available exam dates. Select one that works best for you.
  • Choose Time: Pick the time for your selected exam date.
  • Choose Category: Select the appropriate category for your exam.

Submit Your Booking

Once you have selected your preferred date and time, click Submit to book your exam.

Important Information

  • EASA Approved: Participate in EASA-approved exam sessions to obtain your Certificate of Recognition.
  • Booking Details: Exams can only be booked for the first and third Friday of each month.
  • Single Attempt: You can book only one exam date, so choose wisely. Once booked, study materials will no longer be available for consultation from the date of the chosen exam.
  • Booking Window: You have up to 45 days to book your exam from the day of purchase. You can book your exam up to a maximum of 7 days before the exam date.

Course Purchase

The Course Purchase process allows you to select and enroll in courses of your choice seamlessly.

Exploring Courses

To purchase a course, click the Explore button in the top left menu. From there, navigate to the Courses page and select your desired course. Once you enter the course page, you’ll see an Add to Cart button. Click this button to join the course. 

Note: You must be logged in to view the course price.

Cart

After adding your desired courses to the cart, click on the cart icon in the top right corner. This will display the section with your added courses. You will have two options: View Cart and Checkout.

  • View Cart: Allows you to edit your selections. You can remove courses you don’t need and apply any coupon codes before proceeding.
  • Checkout: Directly proceed to checkout if you’re satisfied with your selections.

Enrolled Courses

In the Enrolled Courses section, you can see a comprehensive list of all your courses, categorized into:

  • Enrolled Courses
  • Active Courses
  • Completed Courses

Here, you can track your progress in each course and see how many lessons you have completed.

Checkout

The Checkout process is your final step to purchasing a course. Here, you will provide the necessary billing information, apply any coupon codes, and select your preferred payment method.

Fill in your billing information:

  • First Name*: [Enter your first name]
  • Last Name*: [Enter your last name]
  • Company Name (optional): [Enter your company name if applicable]
  • Country / Region*: [Select your country]
  • Street Address*: [Enter your street address]
  • Apartment, Suite, Unit, etc. (optional): [Enter details if applicable]
  • Postcode / ZIP*: [Enter your postcode or ZIP code]
  • Town / City*: [Enter your town or city]
  • Province: [Select your province]
  • Phone*: [Enter your phone number]
  • Email Address*: [Enter your email address]
  • Tax Identification Number or ID Number (for non-Italian students)*: [Enter your tax ID or relevant identification]

2. Coupon Code

If you have a coupon code, enter it here to receive a discount on your purchase.

3. Payment Methods

Choose your preferred payment method:

  • PayPal: Pay via PayPal.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Enter your card details for direct payment.

Make sure to check the box to agree to the terms and conditions

4. Payment Methods

Once your payment is successful, you will be automatically redirected to the course you purchased. You can start your learning journey immediately!

Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Visit the Login Page:

Go to the login page of the platform.

1.Click on “Forgot Password”:

Locate and click on the Forgot Password link. This will redirect you to the password reset page.

2.Enter Your Information:

Input your username or email address in the designated field.

3.Request Password Reset:

Click the Reset Password button.

4.Check Your Email:

You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

5.Create a New Password:

Follow the link in the email and enter your new password. Make sure to choose a strong and secure password.

6.Log In with Your New Credentials:

Once your password is successfully reset, return to the login page and enter your new credentials to access your account.

By following these steps, you can easily regain access to your account and continue using the platform without any interruptions.

Course Enrollment and Access

After purchasing your course or exam, you can easily access the materials and functionalities available to you. Here’s how to navigate through the course page:

  • Enroll in Your Course:

    • Navigate to the Courses Page.
    • Click the Start Learning button next to the course you purchased. This will grant you access to all associated materials, including exams.
  • Reserve Your Exam:

    • After enrolling, you’ll find the option to reserve your exam. Select your desired date and time from the available slots to secure your booking.
  • Accessing Course Materials:

 

    • Explore all available video resources designed to enhance your understanding of the course material. These videos are accessible 24/7.
    • If you have purchased the BOOST PRO plan, you will also have the ability to select and read the course book normally, with features to view in full screen or zoom for better readability.
    • If you have applied for the BRE plan, you can schedule refresh sessions with an instructor to reinforce your learning. These sessions can be added to your calendar for convenient reminders.

My Profile

Students have access to a dedicated Dashboard designed to streamline their experience and allow easy tracking of all functionalities. To visit your Dashboard, click on My Profile.

Dashboard Overview

1. Dashboard Sidebar

On the Dashboard, you will find a sidebar on the left side that facilitates navigation to different sections of the Dashboard. The sections available include:

  • Dashboard
  • My Profile
  • Enrolled Courses
  • Order History
  • Grade Records
  • Settings
  • Logout

2. Basic Stats

This section provides you with essential statistics about your learning journey. As a student, you can monitor:

  • Total number of courses enrolled
  • Number of courses currently active
  • Total courses completed

3. In Progress Courses

Below the Basic Stats, you will see a list of all your In Progress Courses. Each entry includes:

  • Course Name
  • Lessons Completed / Total Lessons
  • Course Progress Bar

 

Clicking on any course will take you to its Course Details Page for more information.

4. Notifications

Look for the bell icon at the top-right corner of the Dashboard. This icon will appear if the Notification feature is enabled and set up. Clicking on it opens a side panel displaying all your notifications, ensuring you never miss important updates.

My Profile

In the My Profile section, you can view and edit your personal details, which include:

  • Registration Date
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Username
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Skill/Occupation
  • Biography

Enrolled Courses

In the Enrolled Courses section, you can see a comprehensive list of all your courses, categorized into:

  • Enrolled Courses
  • Active Courses
  • Completed Courses

Here, you can track your progress in each course and see how many lessons you have completed.

Order History

The Order History section displays all the courses you have ordered, including:

  • Course Status
  • Price
  • Order Date

You can filter orders by specific dates using the date selection tool in the top right corner for easier searching.

If you are manually enrolled in a paid course, any pending order invoices will appear here, along with a Pay button to confirm your enrollment.

Grade Records

The Grade Records section is designed to provide students in the Integrated Skilled Worker Program with a comprehensive overview of their academic performance. 

Account Registration and Login

To access your courses and manage your profile, you need to create an account or log in. Here’s how you can do it:

How to Register or Log In

  • Click on the My Profile or Login button located on the homepage.
  • You will be redirected to the login page.

Logging In

  • If you already have an account, enter your credentials (username/email and password) in the login fields.
  • Alternatively, you can sign in using your Google account by clicking on the Sign in with Google button.

Registering a New Account

If you do not have an account, click the Register Now link on the login page.
You will be redirected to the registration form. Fill in the following required information:

    • First Name: Enter your first name.
    • Last Name: Enter your last name.
    • Username: Choose a unique username for your account.
    • Email: Provide a valid email address.
    • Password: Create a strong password for your account.
    • Click Register to complete the process.

Once registered, you will be logged in automatically, and you can start exploring courses on the platform!

Resetting Your Password

  • If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on the Forgot Password link.
  • You will be redirected to the password reset page.
  • Enter your username or email address and click the Reset Password button.
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the link and create a new password.

Once your password is reset, you can log in with your new credentials and continue using the platform.
