Introduction
The Safety Training course addresses a range of issues, including perceptual, physical, and mental abilities, as well as interactions and effects on individuals stemming from their work and work environments.
Objectives
- Understand and identify the nature of Human Error;
- Reduce human error while working under stress and fatigue;
- Identify strategies to reduce Human Error;
- Adopt a non-punitive approach toward human error (not towards violations);
- Identify the threats of repetitive tasks before they become errors by enhancing visual inspection;
- Control and implement effective communication within and between teams;
- Hazard identification;
- Risk mitigation and management;
- Safety culture.
Target Audience
- Nominated persons, line managers, supervisors;
- Technical support personnel such as engineers and technical staff in charge of records;
- Individuals involved in compliance monitoring and/or processes and tasks related to safety management, including the application of human factors principles, internal investigations, and safety training;
- Specialized services personnel;
- Warehouse and purchasing department personnel;
- Ground equipment operators.
Purchase Notes
- The course will remain active until the final exam is taken or for 30 days, if earlier.
- Upon completion of the course, participants will be eligible for a Flyon Aero attendance certificate. The course can only be completed during its active period. Once deactivated, it cannot be completed without making a new purchase.
- If the final exam is taken and passed, the certificate issued will be a Flyon Aero Certificate of Competence.
